Police Investigating After Shooting at Tuscaloosa Area Dice Game
Police in the Tuscaloosa area are investigating after a shooting at a local dice game late Friday night left one person injured.
Captain Jack Kennedy, the commander of the Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, told local media that officers were called to Cottondale Efficiency Apartments on Friday on calls of a shooting.
The housing units are on Kyle Court off University Boulevard in Cottondale not far from the Oasis.

They found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound that Kennedy said was not life-threatening, and witnesses reported the shooting took place during a dice game.
The shooter fled the scene before police arrived, Kennedy said, and at this point no arrests have been made.
