A relatively new but growing event that celebrates entrepreneurs in and around West Alabama will return to the Tuscaloosa River Market next month, organizers announced Wednesday.

The shindig, Celebrate Local, is returning for its fifth year and is organized by the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama and Tuscaloosa Tourism & Sports.

Attendees can browse tables manned by dozens of the Druid City's restaurants and retailers, who generally offer samples, giveaways and products for sale at their stations.

This year's iteration is planned for Tuesday, June 21st, from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m.
