Cathy Gray Graham (January 29th, 1966 – April 21st, 2024)

Cathy Gray Graham, age 58, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on April 21, 2024, at home.

Services will be held Friday, April 26, 2024, 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South in Tuscaloosa, AL with Daniel Tackett officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel South directing. Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour before the service.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nell and Paul Gray, and her father-in-law, Bruce Graham.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory S. Graham; daughter, Shelby Graham McAlister (Nathan); son, Joshua S. Graham; precious granddaughter, Aubree Nychole McAlister; sister, Janice Gray Richards (Hoyt); nieces, Tracy Richards and Laura Beth Tackett; and nephews, Christopher Jones and Daniel Tackett (Tamara).

She attended West End Christian Academy and graduated from the University of Montevallo. She worked for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama for 28 years before she retired and was currently serving at Pelham Oaks Elementary School. She was saved and baptized as a follower of Christ at Taylorville Baptist Church as a child and persevered in her faith throughout her life, never growing weary of doing good. She was outgoing, loved and cared for her family, and filled life with laughter.

Pallbearers will be Joshua S. Graham, William N. McAlister, Johnny King, Scotty King, J. Hoyt Richards, and Larry D. Lackey.
