Kai Spears's father has made a statement after Wednesday's New York Times report.

The New York Times is reporting that the unnamed passenger in Brandon Miller's car on January 15th was another Tide basketball player.

Maybe if it weren't for the likes of Clay Travis and Joseph Goodman, people wouldn't be emboldened enough to make these threats.

When asked if anyone had advised him to withdraw from school and prepare for the NBA Draft when his name came up in court, Miller did not outright deny that happening.
