BREAKING: Body Found in West Tuscaloosa, Police Investigating

(UPDATE 3 p.m.): The Tuscaloosa Thread has confirmed that a deceased victim was found in the West End near Winston Money Mart this afternoon.

Officers have roped off a multi-block crime scene between Bethel Baptist Church, Beulah Baptist Church and the mini-mart. A Tuscaloosa Police spokesperson confirmed that foul play was suspected.

Police are investigating after a dead body was found in West Tuscaloosa Tuesday afternoon.

A spokesperson for the Tuscaloosa Police Department confirmed that police were responding to the Winston Money Mart on Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and to Roseann Apartments on 30th Avenue after receiving reports of a deceased person in the area.
