At Least 1 Hurt in Saturday Night Shooting in Tuscaloosa County

At least one person was struck by gunfire in a shooting at a Tuscaloosa County apartment complex late Saturday Night.

Captain Jack Kennedy, the commander of the multi-agency Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit, said the VCU and the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office were at the scene of a shooting at Branscomb Apartments on 60th Street off Highway 69 South just before midnight Saturday.

Kennedy said at least one person has been shot and had no further details to share at the time.
