Dozens of area entrepreneurs will be on site to sample their goods and services at the sixth annual Celebrate Local festival hosted at the Tuscaloosa River Market next month.

The yearly soiree, organized and hosted by the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, fills the venue with vendors, restaurants and professionals you can only find in the Tuscaloosa area and invites the public to get to know them better.

Each year, those entrepreneurs set up and staff up booths where attendees can learn more about their businesses, get some free swag and forge new connections with local business leaders.

Celebrate Local is scheduled to return to the River Market on Jack Warner Parkway next month,  on June 13th. The nearly all-day affair will kick off at 11:30 a.m. and continue until 7 p.m.

The event is totally free to attend and vendors generally offer tastings, product samples, giveaways, games and more, depending on the set-up at each booth.

Vendors and attendees looking for more information can contact the Chamber's senior director of programs and operations Alicia Gregory at alicia@westalabamachamber.com for more information.
