Beautiful Weather Expected for the 2021 Iron Bowl in Auburn, Alabama
The Iron Bowl is a football rivalry that has a deeply rooted history dating back to 1893 between Alabama and Auburn. This Saturday, November 27, 2021, they will meet again at Jordan-Hare Stadium with a kickoff at 2:30 p.m.
James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist said that “the sky will be sunny with a kickoff temperature near 60 degrees… falling through the 50s during the second half. A perfect day for the biggest football game of the year in Alabama.”
If you are headed to the Iron Bowl, be sure that you are prepared for the falling temperatures. The targeted kickoff temperature at 2:30 p.m. could be around 60 degrees. Sunset is expected around 4:38 p.m. and temperatures will drop. The low is projected to be 39 degrees in Auburn, Alabama.

As always my advice is to dress in layers. Therefore, you can enjoy tailgating and pregame festivities, and as the temperatures drop you can layer back your clothing to stay warm.
